Why We Built This Site
West Virginia permits broad inspection of many court papers, but Tyler County has no single search that covers every court. WVPASS serves public Circuit Court files, while MCRSearch serves Magistrate case information. The Tyler County Circuit Clerk keeps Circuit and Family Court records, and the Magistrate Court Clerk supplies Magistrate documents that are not shown online. This site organizes those official routes, the current office contacts, request steps, and the key limits on public access.
What You Will Find Here
- Docket details: ways to search and read Tyler County criminal and civil filing histories
- Dates and settings: steps for checking the court schedule and confirming a hearing with the correct clerk
- Official searches: how WVPASS and MCRSearch differ, including the fields and limits of each system
- Copies: where to request plain, certified, or exemplified Tyler County court records
What We Cannot Do
This is a privately run reference site with no link to a West Virginia court, clerk, or agency. Its role has firm limits:
- We cannot pull an official docket sheet or case file for anyone
- We cannot change, reschedule, or reset a court date or hearing setting
- We cannot remove, seal, or amend a case on any docket
- We cannot issue certified copies of any docket, order, or court document
- We cannot give legal advice or explain how a specific case applies to you
- We cannot promise that each contact, fee, or setting remains current
An official or certified record must come from the Tyler County clerk or court that holds the original file. This private resource cannot issue one.
Search Partners
Third-party companies power search boxes on some pages. They control their services, results, and prices. A paid signup reached through one of those tools may produce a referral fee that supports this resource. Tyler County Court Docket does not set those charges or control the returned information.
