Questions about an official Tyler County docket belong with the clerk for the court that heard the case. The contacts below route Circuit and Family Court requests to the Circuit Clerk and Magistrate requests to the Magistrate Court Clerk. This privately run site cannot access a file, confirm a setting, or change a court record.

This Is Not a Court or Government Office. We run a private reference site. We cannot pull dockets, change or reset court dates, remove or seal cases, issue certified copies, or give legal advice for anyone. For any of those, you need to reach the clerk of court or the trial court directly.

Need an Official Docket or Record?

Route Tyler County requests by court and by the type of help needed:

  • A docket sheet: use WVPASS for Circuit matters or MCRSearch for Magistrate case information, then ask the filing clerk for documents
  • A court date or setting: check the official case record and confirm it with the clerk before relying on it
  • Certified copies: order from the clerk of court, who is the keeper of the docket and the official record
  • A specific case: search by name or case number in the system for the correct court tier
  • Case-file documents: contact the clerk that maintains the original Tyler County file

For Circuit and Family Court files, reach Tyler County Circuit Clerk Candy L. Warner at 230 Main Street, Middlebourne, WV 26149, or P.O. Box 8, Middlebourne, WV 26149. The phone is 304-758-4811, the fax is 304-758-4008, and published office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Magistrate records use a different custodian. Contact Tyler County Magistrate Court Clerk Patty Garuccio at 225 Main Street, Middlebourne, WV 26149, or P.O. Box 127. The office lists 304-758-2136 by phone, 304-758-2692 by fax, and weekday hours from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. MCRSearch provides case information, but copies must come from this clerk.

The Tyler County Clerk at 350 Park Avenue handles county records, wills, and estate administration. That office is not the Circuit Clerk and does not replace the Magistrate Court Clerk for trial-court docket requests.
